Ian + Frederique // engagement session

Sue and myself took a trip over to Cambridge this morning to meet Ian + Fred to have a look around their church and reception location before their big day on June 12th and to maybe take a few photos while we were there, it was dull, grey and raining most of the morning, but we managed to sneak a few photos inside the church and on the steps outside before getting locked out of Tattersalls!!

Sue and I are very much looking forward to the wedding now, see you both in 2 weeks!!

Thanks to Sue for being on softbox-holding duty (never fun, good for your upper body though!) and to Sue and Kerry for a lovely (if exceptionally camp!) lunch.

Christina & Lee // 22.05.2010

Yesterday was the wedding of Christina & Lee at Kenwick Park, near Louth, the largest wedding shoot this company has done so ar, it involved 3 photographers and 15 hours in blistering heat.

An amazing day involving many Greek traditions which none of us had experienced before, we all had fun and were extremely well looked after by Bride, Groom, guests and venue (more on the latter later!) and over 4000 exposures were taken in all, we won't burden you with that many to sift through Christina, don't worry!

Enjoy your honeymoon and I look forward to showing you all of them when you return

Big thanks to Sue Mossey second shooting, Dipak Gohil assisting and 3rd shooting, Suzannah and Dove for helping us organise group shots and various other things throughout the day, but biggest thanks of all have to be given to Fiona, the deputy manager at Kenwick who literally saved my bacon after a certain someone, who shall remain unnamed and unshamed, drove home to Leicester with my car keys still in his pocket! Fiona - I am deeply indebted to your kindness.

RAF Upwood // Hazel

Massive photoshoot today on an abandoned RAF base organised by Alex Beckett, lots of photographers, lots of models, lots and lots and lots of fun.

The most possible thanks to Hazel, the model we were lucky enough to get all day, she was so patient with myself, Dipak and Sam as I turned pretty much everything into a training exercise, and in the face of our childish banter she remained (mostly) helpful and professional....hopefully we've got one or two you can use for your portfolio, it's the least you deserve for putting up with us!
